In clinic sign up
This portal allows clinic staff to sign patients up to Dsmile’s online communication channel. These are a critical part of the journey and will provide patients with information to get the most out of their Dsmile system and optimise their oral care routine at home.
Tip #1
Explain to the patient that you are connecting them to Dsmile’s communication channel. Remind them of the importance of these communications if they show reluctance.
Tip #2
Encourage the patient to check their junk or focus folders for an email from Dsmile as their provider may have filters on.
Tip #3
Check that the data the patient provides you matches the data the clinic has on hand for the patient. They may need to be updated.
